In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Familiarity with these definitions will assist you in understanding your rights and obligations as a user of the line4d platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and line4d. They apply to all activities performed on the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus claims, game play, and any use of live betting or streaming features.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, submitting a deposit, or placing any wager, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on line4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise lawfully permitted to access the Platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, or contractor of line4d, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your Account suspended or closed by line4d for any policy violation;
• You are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law, and it is solely your responsibility to determine the legality of your access.

line4d reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, shared, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

Wh en registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these terms.

• Your username must be unique and must not impersonate any other person or entity;
• Your password must be kept strictly confidential — you are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account credentials;
• Your registered email address must be valid and regularly monitored — important account notifications, including KYC requests and withdrawal confirmations, are sent to this address;
• Your registered bank account or e-wallet must be in your own name — withdrawals will only be processed to accounts matching the Account holder's verified identity;
• You must notify line4d promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

All financial transactions on the line4d Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 10.000;
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP bank transfers, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja;
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed;
• Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during normal banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Processing times outside these hours may be longer;
• line4d does not charge any platform fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transfer charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to method availability. Where this is not possible, withdrawals are sent to the Player's registered bank account;
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off will be processed on the next business day;
• line4d does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may vary based on your bank or e-wallet provider's clearing schedule;
• line4d reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests. This may delay processing by up to 3 business days in exceptional circumstances.

line4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page;
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept in separate balances. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Clause 5. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the applicable rollover is satisfied;
• Bonuses are valid for a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Unused or unactivated bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period;
• A Player may claim only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method — whichever is the most restrictive;
• Wagering on certain game categories (including but not limited to: low-margin sports bets with odds below 1.50, certain table games at reduced contribution rates) may contribute less than 100% toward satisfying a rollover requirement — contribution rates are published on the promotion page;
• line4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rollover requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms;
• Attempting to exploit bonus structures through systematic low-risk staking, abuse of multiple accounts, or coordination with other players constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent Account closure.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the line4d Platform across all product categories, including sports betting (bandar bola — football bookmaker markets), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and slots:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after acceptance by the Platform, except as expressly provided in these terms or applicable sport-specific rules;
• line4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a manifest technical error or data feed failure. Players will be notified and the stake refunded in such cases;
• For sports betting, in the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Generally, matches postponed beyond 24 hours will be voided and stakes returned;
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets containing one or more voided selections will have the void leg removed and the bet settled at the remaining legs' combined odds;
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per bet, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, event, and Account status;
• For togel draws, results are taken from the official source pool. In the event of a dispute regarding draw results, the official source record takes precedence over all other references;
• All game outcomes for digital casino titles are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final and not subject to manual intervention or override;
• Winnings are credited to the Player's Account balance immediately upon bet settlement, subject to any applicable bonus wagering conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the line4d Platform:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, device, or IP address;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with any person involved in a sporting event on which a wager is placed;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or scalping across multiple platforms in a manner that the Company reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of its markets;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or are in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable burden on the Platform's infrastructure or other users' enjoyment of the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or otherwise extract proprietary source code, data, or intellectual property from the Platform.

All content on the line4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content licensed from third-party studios, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of line4d or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment betting. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written authorization;
• Using the line4d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any form without written permission;
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, line4d's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

line4d expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or telecommunications failures);
• Errors in third-party data feeds (match scores, statistics, draw results) that are corrected after bet settlement — in such cases, line4d will endeavor to re-settle affected bets within a reasonable timeframe;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform for any purpose other than placing a wager within the Platform itself.

line4d is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all registered Players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

line4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Clause 5.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which line4d is licensed and incorporated as an international gaming operator. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not constitute a representation by line4d that access to the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction — it remains your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your location.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body. Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that by accepting these terms they are agreeing to this dispute resolution mechanism.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
